CALL FOR PAPERS at the INTERDISCIPLINARY INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE „SMALL COUNTRIES IN A GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT“ organized by DIU Libertas International University and the University of Zadar, 23rd January 2015, J. F. Kennedy 6b, Zagreb _______________________________________________________________ The past several decades have been marked with unparalleled developments in science and technology. These developments have spured change in every aspect of the human experience, and brought about various processes of globalization. Globalization has had different effects on large countries and small ones. The global environment in which we live offers small countries new ways of repositioning themselves in terms of economic, political, and other forms of power. The goal of this scientific conference is to explore the possibilites and challenges connected with the position and roal of small countries through various disciplines and fields such as: economics political science national and international security demographics and migrations tourism transport law psyschology and sociology philosophy, religion, cultural research, art etc. The deadline for submission of abstracts in Croatian and English is 1st December 2014. The deadline for submission of papers in Croatian or English is 1st March 2015. Papers submitted by 1st March 2015 will be published in the conference proceedings, published by DIU Libertas International University and the University of Zadar. Abstracts and full papers should be sent to [email protected]. Abstracts must contain: Name and Surname of author(s) Affiliation of author(s) Title of Paper 250 - 300 words 5 – 7 keywords o Abstracts must be submitted in English and Croatian Abstract Example John Doe, Unknown University How to Write a Conference Absract Abstract: This is an example of how to write an abstract for the conference. All abstracts must contain 250 – 300 words. They should be written in Word .doc format. They should be sent to [email protected]. The text should be Justified (CTRL+J). Submissions for the conference must contain authors name and surname, affiliation, title of paper, abstract and 5 – 7 keywords. Key Words: Conference, Abstract, Author, Affiliation, Title.
