Future Revenue Opportunity: Dominion Resources and its partners have proposed the Atlantic Coast Pipeline project which will bring a 42 inch natural gas pipeline through West Virginia. The proposed pipeline route comes within 10 miles of the Hermitage property and construction activities will bring hundreds of pipeline workers to the Bartow area for 9 to 18+ months. These workers receive a per diem living expense and often will pay $500 to $1000 per week for housing accommodations’. Given the lack of housing accommodations in the area a fully operational Hermitage property would stand to capitalize from the increased occupancy and higher rents paid by the pipeline workers when work begins in 2017. Additional information about the pipeline is available at https://www.dom.com/corporate/what-wedo/natural-gas/atlantic-coast-pipeline 7 Property Pictures Front of property from the Highway Restaurant and check-in are to the left, rooms are to the right.
