The Lightning Thief
 Percy Jackson is a twelve-year old boy
 His teacher turns into a monster, he defeats it with help of a







pen that turns into a sword
Very confused, he finds out that he is a demigod
His best friend shows up as a half goat and his “protector“
His mother dies on a battle before he reaches the Camp
He goes on a quest, together with his best friend, Grover, and a
girl he met at the Camp: Annabeth
They go to the underworld to meet Hades, thinking that they
will find Zeus‘ lightning bolt there
They find out that Hades doesn‘t have the bolt, but Ares, god
of war. Percy challenges and defeats him
Last of all, his mother is saved
The Sea of Monsters
 The school year is over and Percy just got his life saved by his new





friend and, however, half brother and cyclops Tyson
They go back to Camp Half-Blood, right when the Camp is
attacked by a few monsters
Something terrible happened: Thalia‘s tree, which had protected
the camp, is dieing. Percy‘s former friend Luke, son of Hermes,
poisoned it and it can just be saved with the golden fleece
The new Camp leader, Tantalus, sends not Percy, but his rival
Clarisse on a quest to get this fleece.
Percy, Annabeth, and Tyson follow her to save their missing
friend, Grover, from a cyclops
They find the golden fleece, defeat the cyclops, and save Grover.
However, the golden fleece does not just revive the tree. It ejects
Thalia herself from the tree. This could affect the great prophecy...
The Titan´s Curse
 Percy, Annabeth, and Thalia try to rescue Nico di Angelo








and his sister, Bianca, from a manticore
They defeat him with help of Artemis‘s hunters
The manticore takes Annabeth with him
The goddess Artemis disappears, hunting a monster
Percy, Grover, Bianca, Thalia, and Zoe, one of the hunters
of Artemis, go on a quest to save them
Bianca gets killed by a metal giant
Zoe dies because of a dragon bite
Percy and Thalia rescue Annabeth and Artemis in a fight
against the titan Atlas and Luke
Grover hides a monter from the enemies, that has the
power to destroy the Olympians
The Battle of the Labyrinth
 Percy discovers the labyrinth, hidden under America
 Luke wants to lead an army of monsters through the labyrinth






to Camp Half-Blood
He, Annabeth, Grover, and Tyson go on a quest to search for
the owner of the labyrinth, Daedalus, to prevent Luke from
getting through it
The group splits up
Percy gets a volcano to explode and frees one of the strongest
monsters and enemies of the gods
Kronos uses Luke‘s body to come back to life
The army of monsters nearly defeats Camp Half-Blood
Grover defeats the monsters with a power that he gained from
the dead god Pan
The Last Olympian
 Percy gains Achilles‘s power through bathing in the river Styx,







which makes him undefeatable
He comes back to New York to lead the demigods in the
battle against the titans to save Olympus
He is told that he is not the demigod in the Great Prophecy
The Ares cabin saves the demigods from a very dangerous
monster and joins the battle
Luke and Percy fight on top of Olympus
Luke kills himself to destroy Kronos  he was the demigod of
the Great Prophecy
Everything has a happy ending!

 Jason suddenly appears where Leo and Piper are, with no







memory; Leo and Piper have fake memories about him
After fighting a Storm Spirit, they are brought to Camp HalfBlood
They go on a quest to save Hera from a giant
They meet Thalia and find out that she‘s Jason‘s sister
They go to Aeolus to find their way, but almost get killed by
him
Jason defeats a giant in San Francisco to save Piper‘s dad
They defeat another giant and rescue Hera at the Wolf House
Jason‘s memory comes back: There is a Roman demigod Camp!
The Son of Neptune
 Percy arrives at Camp Jupiter, after he suddenly had appeared







in the Wolf House without any memory except Annabeth‘s
name
He loses his invincibility
Percy gets sent on a quest to rescue the god of death, Thanatos,
together with his new friends Hazel and Frank
They travel towards Alaska
Hazel tells Frank and Percy that she had died in the 1940‘s;
Frank tells the others that his life depends on little piece of
firewood
They kill a giant and free Thanatos
They defend Camp Jupiter and Percy kills another giant
The Greeks (Annabeth, Jason, Leo, Piper) arrive in CJ
The Mark of Athena
 Annabeth, Leo, Piper, and Jason land in Camp Jupiter
 Leo, with an evil spirit inside him, attacks the Roman Camp ballistae
 They flee, together with Frank, Percy, and Hazel; the seven demigods of




the prophecy are united
There are many difficulties between the demigods (Percy and Jason
nearly kill each other)
They finally arrive in Rome after fighting a few enemies
The seven friends get separated: Hazel, Frank, and Leo search for Nico,
but get trapped instead; Jason, Piper, and Percy nearly drown and defeat
twin giants in the Colosseum, with help of the god Bacchus; Annabeth
follows the Mark of Athena, discovers the Athena‘s Parthenon, and
defeats the huge spider Arachne
They meet where the statue and Arachne are, they have their ship to
escape, but Annabeth falls into Tartarus, when the floor cracks, and
Percy jumps with her; the remaining five and Nico head towards Athens
The House of Hades
 Leo, Piper, Jason, Frank, Hazel, and Nico are in Italy and






have to get across the Apennine Mountains to Greece, but
can‘t pass because of Gaea‘s mountain gods
They have dreams of enemies that wait for them
Percy and Annabeth try to get through Tartarus and reach
the Doors of Death; a friendly titan helps them
They get split; Leo and Hazel go on towards the Doors
Hazel defeats a sorceress with the power of Hecate (goddess
of magic), the controlling of “the Mist“
Percy and Annabeth come through the Doors of Death after
facing the “god of the pit“, Tartarus himself
Jason, Piper, Frank, and Nico come and together they kill the
giant Clytius, with help of Hecate
The Blood of Olympus
 The book has its release in October 2014
 It will be the final book of the series
 The 7 demigods are now alone and have to stop Gaea
before she is fully awakened; the giants have risen
 The Romans are about to attack Camp Half-Blood;
Reyna, Nico, and Coach Hedge try to stop them
 The Olympians are useless because of their split
personalities
 Gaea needs the blood of two demigods: one boy and
one girl; otherwise she can‘t awake
The Lightning Thief:
You shall go west and face the god who has turned
you shall find what was stolen and see it safely returned
you shall be betrayed by the one who calls you a friend
and fail to save what matters most in the end
The Sea of Monsters:
You shall sail the iron ship with warriors of bone,
You shall find what you seek and make it your own,
But despair for your life entombed within stone,
And fail without friends, to fly home alone.
The Titan’s Curse:
Five shall go west to the goddess in chains,
One shall be lost in the land without rain,
The bane of Olympus shows the trail,
Campers and Hunters combined prevail,
The Titan’s curse must one withstand,
And one shall perish by a parent’s hand.
The Battle of the Labyrinth:
You shall delve in the darkness of the endless maze,
The dead, the traitor and the lost one raise.
You shall rise or fall by the ghost king's hand,
The child of Athena's final stand.
Destroy with a hero's final breath,
And lose a love to worse than death.
