Sub: Auction of Un-Serviceable Store items at Deep Bhavan, Jamnagar
Sir,
Please quote your highest rates as per enclosed schedule in a sealed cover duly superscripted as
"Quotation for. Auction of Un-Serviceable Store items" at Deep Bhavan, Jamnagar and submit to the
above mentioned address so as to reach this office by on or before l4l1 l/2014 al 15.00 hrs. Quotation
shall be opened at 16:00 hrs on same day.

The validity ofthe offer shall be clearly indicated; however it shall not be less than 30 days.
Before Submitting the offer the bidder may visit Deep Bhavan premises to inspect condition of
the items and shall submit EMD @ 25yo of their offered rate in the form of Demand Draft in
favor of Director, Directorate of Lighthouses & Lightships, Jamnagar.
In case of acceptance of the offer, the successful bidder shall deposit balance of 75Yo of rale
offered before taking away the auctioned items. Amount shall be deposited in the form of
Demar.rd Draft in favour of Director, Directorate of Lighthouses & Lightships, Jamnagar.
The Successful bidder shall lift the items from deep bhavan, Jamnagar complex within 03 days
of written order at his own risk and cost.
EMD ofunsuccessful bidders shall be refund within 30 days from opening ofthe bid.
The items shall be removed only during office hours ie 0930 hrs to 1 800 hrs at all working days.
The offers shall be preferably be sent under 'Registered Post' to avoid loss in transit.
The Director reselves the right to accept or reject, in part or fully any quotation without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in case ofany dispute the decision ofthe Director shall be
final and bindins on the bidder.
