AUTO REVERSAL SYSTEM
(ARS) FOR (B)MT5011 & (B)MT5025 OPERATORS

REMOVE EXISTING BOARD
WARNING
WARNING
1. Disconnect power to the operator.
2. Disconnect harness from RPM board. Release the
standoffs from the electrical and remove RPM board. It
may be necessary to rotate the cup on shaft so that open
slot lines up with sensor on board. Remove standoffs if
necessary.
3. Install new RPM board by following steps above in
reverse order.
NOTE: Refer to wiring diagram on pages 2 & 3 to ensure
proper wire connections.
4. Restore power to operator.
To prevent possible SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH from
electrocution, disconnect electric power to operator
BEFORE installing.
ALL electrical connections MUST be made by a qualified
individual.
