children of the Earth... who persevere together in
the midst of the world, in its depths, in the daily
life...

craft and card making evening. Come and enjoy refreshments and
fellowship, getting in the spirit of the Christmas season. The cards will be
given to Grantham members at Tabor Manor.

Nov.15, 9:00 a.m. ~ Breakfast at Rockway Vineyards for all Women at
Grantham. Today is the last day to let Ingrid Wiebe or Betty Jackson know

doorway. There is space for to sign up for what you will bring and also a

MB Missions “Extra-Blessing” Christmas Gifts – Nov.1 to Nov. 30
As Christmas approaches and thoughts begin to turn towards Christmas
giving, MB Missions is again soliciting donations towards their “extra-blessing”
fund for their long-term missionaries. Donations collected in this fund are
divided equally so that every missionary on the field receives the same
amount as a special Christmas blessing gift for their own personal use.
Donations will be accepted from November 1st to November 30th . To
participate, please designate your gift “Missions Extra-Blessing”. Donations
by cheques should be made payable to Grantham MB Church. Thank you and
God bless you for your gift. Your Missions Committee
Hats & Mitts for Out of the Cold: Please help the homeless stay warm this
winter by purchasing hats and mitts. Those at the shelter Christmas day will
receive them as a gift, any extras will be given out as needed through the
winter. This is an easy yet much needed way to help those living on the
streets. You can place the hats and mitts in the wrapped box in the main
foyer. Contact Becky Loewen if you have any questions.

Niagara Life Centre presents the Homes of Distinction Christmas
Home Tour on Nov.14 and 15. Homes are all decked out for the
Christmas season by local designers, decorators and stagers. More info

Christmas Bazaar, Sat. Nov. 15, 10 a.m.—1 p.m. at Westview
Christian Fellowship. If you would like to register for a vendor table
please contact Jane LaVacca at 905-351-2822. All proceeds will go
towards the Christmas Turkey dinner that we provide for Connaught
School families, many of whom cannot afford a celebration meal. We
have had this tradition for a number of years now and it has been a
wonderful connection to our local community.
Eden Open House for Grade 8 students and their families on Monday,
Nov. 17 from 7:00—9:00 p.m. at Eden High School, 535 Lake Street.
