Jazz in the Gardens (JITG) music festival in the
City of Miami Gardens is the freshly minted “travel
destination of the spring.” JITG occurs annually in
March and serves as the inaugural event of the highly
anticipated music festival season. This premier
musical and cultural sensation is proudly hosted
by the City of Miami Gardens. The JITG experience
is complemented by scenic beaches, plentiful
shopping, incredible golf courses and many other
inviting attractions which make South Florida a
“must visit” destination. The City of Miami Gardens
and its partners are committed to producing an
extraordinary experience for our supporters and

The JITG brand has extended its reach domestically
and internationally by way of an aggressive
marketing campaign and meticulous attention taken
by the sponsorship team. The JITG brand has been
strategically featured in many major metropolitan
markets including New York, Chicago, Dallas,

among others.

Women’s Impact Luncheon (WIL)
In honor of Women’s History Month and in conjunction with Jazz in the Gardens music festival, the City of Miami
Gardens will host the Women’s Impact Luncheon (WIL). This event serves to inspire women to live centered and
balanced lives. At the conference, women are exposed to ideas and strategies for how to take time for self-discovery
which includes essential activities associated with inspiration and motivation. To complement the exposure,
the women are also encouraged and educated on how to pursue joyful lives bursting with endless possibilities.
Attendees are entertained and engaged as distinguished experts deliver powerful tips and tools for how to create a happy,
healthy, spiritual, and centered existence. The personal and professional edification of the Women’s Impact Luncheon
(WIL) is a heavily favored festival experience. Over the years the event has enjoyed guest speakers such as Sheryl Lee
Ralph, Actress & Author; Karina Iglesias, Season 4 Finalist on “The Voice”; Jasmine Sanders, Co-Host on the syndicated
D.L. Hughley Show; Julia Yarbough, Emmy Award winning broadcast and print journalist; Hill Harper, Actor & Author; Tracy
Wilson-Mourning, Philanthropist & Entrepreneur; Mayor Manny Diaz, Former Mayor of the City of Miami; Lisa Wu, Actress
