This is with reference to your letter / e-mail expressing interest in participating in the
RC/IP on “Research Methodologies” organized by the UGC Academic Staff College, JNT
University Hyderabad. We are happy to inform that, you have been provisionally selected for the
above Course to be organized from 10-11-2014 to 29-11-2014.
Participants should submit the relief letter from the Head of the Institution at the time of
Registration.
No participant is allowed to leave the course in the middle unless she/he is permitted on
genuine grounds by the UGC-ASC. In that case the participant has to attend the session
during the next Course to get the certificate. No participant is allowed to go on-duty during
the Course period.
The course is scheduled at 10.00 AM on 10th Nov. 2014, at the UGC Academic Staff
College, JNT University Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad – 500 085. You have to report at
9.30 A.M. on 10th Nov. 2014 for registration. Kindly confirm your participation through e-mail /
FAX / Courier on or before 06-11-2014 without fail. Looking forward to meet you on 10-11-2014.

Note:

All the Out-station participants may report at Guest House, JNT University, Hyderabad for
accommodation. However, no accommodation is possible for the family members of the participants.
