Contact Hawks before Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014. Orders are taken on a first come first serve basis,5
and are secured with a
credit card. Meals can be picked-up on Wednesday, November 26th on the following schedule: 10am-12pm, 12-2pm, 2-4pm,
4-6pm, & after 6pm. Complete roasting instructions are provided, and portions are generous to accommodate leftovers.

Heidi’s Hens are Diestel’s organic turkey brand. Heidi’s Hens are 12-14 lb
non-GMO project verified and are fed a diet free of antibiotics 14-16 lb

and growth stimulants, which results in a delicious bird with

more meat and less fat. These broad breasted birds come brined

in the same recipe as the traditional Diestel Turkeys.
Brined Diestel Turkey, Ready to Roast
fresh free range diestel family turkeys from sonora, CA. we
have an expanded size offering to better fit your needs. Approximate Size Range: 8-10lb, 10-12lb, 12-14LB, 14-16lb, 16-18LB,
18-20lb, 20-22lb, and 22+ lb. We recommend 2-3 pounds per person. We brine each turkey 2-4 days in a bath of garlic, onions,
fennel, citrus, herbs and spices!
