November 8 This past week, Mrs. Higdon stopped RHS in to see us at school for the first Placement Test time. She continues to recuperate and we hope to see her back at school 11:30-12:30 before Christmas break. We continue Market Day Pick Up to pray for her recovery. In her absence, Mrs. Jody Treadwell November 26-28 has been teaching music to the Thanksgiving Break students. It’s my privilege to hear them practicing songs for the Christmas programs scheduled next month. PTO unSCRIPTed…for questions about PTO contact Angie Schoettle- [email protected] … Thank you to all who participated and attended in various PTO events so far this year. Look at how much we’ve raised…. Chick-fil-A Night- $800.83 Skating Party- $90.00 Pennies for Pies- Collect $ to purchase 5 pies for Anna’s House & The Good House. Firehouse Sub Night- $350.00 SCRIPs- Approximately $9,000 SCRIP’s (Please Read) We have raised nearly $9,000 thus far for our MAJOR PTO fundraiser, Scrips. Thank you to all who are making a conscious effort to participate!! As we choose to send our kids to a WONDERFUL Catholic School, St. Barnabas, we have to be mindful of the sacrifices that are being made as part of our decision…. Fundraising being a huge part. This is part of the reason we chose to go with SCRIPS as our major fundraiser….we are not asking you to do anything or purchase anything out of the ordinary… we are simply asking you to use SCRIPS to make your everyday purchases, whatever that may be…Gas, Groceries, Dining Out, Clothing etc…. It is TOO easy not to participate! Please don’t forget our goal is for each family to purchase SCRIPS to generate a $100 rebate by the end of the year. As a Community, let’s try to get to $25,000!! Current SCRIP IncentivePurchase $100 worth of SCRIP from October 14th until next Wednesday, November 12th and your child can be out of uniform on Friday November 14th!!
