Uniform undergarments, marching shoes, Travel Uniform, instrument/flags,
water, money for concessions, sun-block.

Report time (Travel Uniform). Begin Loading Equipment and supplies
Begin Carpooling to San Ysidro H.S.
Arrive at San Ysidro H.S., begin unloading and setting up the school.
Bands start arriving. Students and parents to work stations.
CVFT Begins!
Band and guard members begin changing to ½ uniform. Begin warming up.
Band to Staging Area
Band Performs Field Competition!!!
Change out of uniform, Get food from concessions, head to stadium for night div!
Awards begin.
Awards End. Begin cleaning up campus.
Head back to CVH via carpool.
Unload, clean up, and debrief. Then go home!
This is going to be a fun, but very long day. It is our LAST field competition! It is essential that
ALL members eat breakfast before arriving at CVH in the morning. Bring money for the concession
stands. THIS IS OUR LARGEST FUNDRAISER!!!!

Parents: We are in need of parent volunteers to assist at the tournament! We are also asking the students
about what food and equipment donations can be brought in. The students will be working for part of
