By combining a Guidewire core system implementation with HP Exstream, insurers can automate the creation, assembly, and multichannel delivery of personalized, timesensitive communications within a single user interface. Integrating the two technologies is easy with the certified HP Exstream Accelerators for Guidewire InsuranceSuite™ modules (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter and BillingCenter). These accelerators are available to our mutual customers at no charge from the Guidewire Page 1 of 4 portal. The accelerators are designed to reduce implementation time of HP Exstream into existing workflows, make it easier for customers to add and launch new Guidewire systems, and provide high-quality, flexible, customized customer communications that fully leverage InsuranceSuite content. There are currently 35 joint HP Exstream and Guidewire customers with 27 of those having integrated or are in the process of integrating the two solutions. The ability to easily create, repurpose, and integrate data from Guidewire InsuranceSuite systems into personalized, multichannel customer communications -- from design to delivery -across P&C lines of business gives them a compelling competitive advantage. CSAA Insurance Group embracing benefits of integration CSAA Insurance Group is one such customer; although it did so without the accelerators. The insurer offers reliable auto, home and other personal lines of insurance to AAA Members, in partnership with local AAA clubs in 23 states and the District of Columbia. CSAA Insurance Group was looking to streamline its multiple claims administration and document generation systems. To achieve the integration and accelerate application development and deployment CSAA Insurance Group worked with Cognizant, an HP Exstream certified partner, and leveraged the HP expertise as needed. An HP Exstream customer since 2003, CSAA Insurance Group was able to reduce 6500+ claims document templates to 400 and improve document creation and distribution response time. “The result is an improved business and IT efficiency that uses rules and data-based logic,” says Chris Reed, CSAA Insurance Group Program Manager. “We are able to easily deliver personalized customer communications through multiple channels, an important expectation of today’s consumers.” HP Exstream now a Guidewire Premier Partner HP is pleased to have been invited to be a “Premier Solution Partner” within the new, recently announced Guidewire PartnerConnect™ program. “Having been one of first participants when Guidewire launched its Solution partner program in 2012, and to now be at the Premier designation within the program is an exciting opportunity for us to Page 2 of 4 work more closely with Guidewire,” says Chuck Fazio HP Exstream Worldwide Alliances and Industry Manager, HP.
