Our program for November 11 will be Mary Arnold, RN, MS, and CHES. She is a Women's
Health Navigator. She will share with us important facts about breast health, thyroid issues and
heart facts. She is from Carilion Clinic with many years of clinic service. Thanks for making Mary
welcome and learn about taking better care of ourselves.

Hello from the Community Outreach Corner!!
Thank you to everyone who donated cash and/ or maxi pads at our last general
meeting! We were able to give a total of six cases of maxi pads each to the nurses at
Blacksburg High School, and Blacksburg Middle School.
Our collection in November will be for the Montgomery
Christmas Store. They have requested gently used clothing.
Thank you for all you do!
