COCO Newsletter Issue 9 -- Important Dates & Meetings : At the Senior Cente COCO Meeting: – Mon. Dec 1st - 7:00 pm Plowing Match Meeting: – Mon. Dec 1st 8:00 pm Seniors Meeting: Tues Dec 9th – 1:00 pm COCO is looking for individuals who are interested in working on a Playground committee. The playground north of the ball diamonds needs to be replaced. COCO COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS GATHERING SUNDAY – DEC. 14 COCO HALL 12 – 4 – Children’s indoor and outdoor activities like ornament making, skating, card making, sleigh rides, games and other activities, photo booth, movie. Hot chocolate for all and lunch. 8 – closing – Adult activities like cards games of all sorts, dart tournament, crokinole etc. Hot chocolate and lunch for all. This is a free event for anyone who would like to attend. If you are interested contact Rhonda Fry. This activity has been ongoing for a number of years now to commemorate the sacrifices our solders made in the past and to reflect on the sacrifices they are making today. The Remembrance Day service will follow on November 11th in the Eaglesham Hall starting at 10:30am.
