E .Important Information :A) Fee : A late fee of Rs. 5/- per day will be charged after the last date of fee payment as mentioned above.
 Fee is to be paid at Axis Bank through Cash, D.D., Cheque in the name of Choithram School North
Campus, Payable at Indore (Rs. 200/- to be added towards bank charges etc. for outstation cheques).
Only 1st Installment (for new admission) to be paid at Choithram School North campus, through
Cheque.
B) Bus Facility: Bus facility available, is optional. It is to be opted for the whole session and not for any part thereof.
 Only those who wish to utilize it for the whole session should take it as no refund will be made.
C) Notice Period: One month’s notice is to be given before withdrawing a student.
D) Admission : Details furnished by the parents must match with their wards’ T.C. & Marks Statement provided by
the school, last attended.
