THANK YOU
Dear Church Family,
Thank you for all the acts of kindness
(calls, flowers, cards, food) shown to us
during the passing of my mother, Mildred
Thomas.
Most of all, your prayers have
helped us through this time of sorrow.
Thank you for being a caring
church family.
Love,
Gloria & Joel Williams & family

GRATEFUL HEARTS
Thanksgiving is right around the
corner, and we have so much to be
grateful for!
I’m grateful for my church, Fairfax
First and this family of faith. The
church provides so many opportunities to be blessed, worship services,
prayer for each other, growth and
discipleships, youth and children’s
ministries, caring and helping hands,
etc.
This month, we are going to have an
opportunity to return thanks with a
“Thanksgiving offering” a way to
show our gratitude for our church
and all she provides. The offering
will be used to help offset the budget
deficit we have and hopefully will
help us close the year out in better
shape financially. “Thanksgiving
Offering Envelopes” will be provided and you can give any time during
the month of November.
Pray for our Youth and Children as
they lead the worship service this
coming Sunday morning, November
16.
Bro. Larry
SC BAPTIST STATE CONVENTION

SC Baptist State Convention Monday, November 10 through Wednesday, November 12.

FIFTH SUNDAY NIGHT SING
NOVEMBER 30, 2014
6:00PM
GREAT SALKEHATCHIE
BAPTIST CHURCH
For the Fifth Sunday Night Sing, we
are combining with Bethel Baptist,
First Baptist Allendale, Great
Salkehatchie Baptist and Mount Arnon Baptist. Each church’s choir
and other solos, duets, etc. will present special music. Our services on
November 30th will be cancelled so
we can attend the Fifth Sunday
Night Sing at Great Salkehatchie
Baptist Church. There will be a fellowship after the service. If you
would like, bring finger foods for the
fellowship. This will be a great time
of music and fellowship with other
Christians! Please see Sandra if you
would like to present special music.
ATTENTION YOUTH!!
Wednesday night Youth Bible Study
will be on Wednesday nights at
6:30pm in the youth room.
