The 23rd Iranian Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE 2015) will take place at Sharif University of
Technology, Tehran, Iran from Sunday May 10th to Thursday May 14th, 2015. The ICEE gathers annually
researchers and practitioners in all fields of Electrical and Computer Engineering to discuss the latest
developments and exchange their research results and novel accomplishments.
Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality, original, and
