Christmas Poultry
The traditional centrepiece of the table, our turkeys are sourced from Stuart Perkins from
Castlemead Farm in Radstock and Robert Caldecott from Holly Farm in Worcestershire. All
bronze turkeys are free-range and white turkeys are reared in straw-bedded barns. We also
have turkey crowns (legs taken off but still supplied in the box) and boneless turkey breast
joints too, perfect if you still want all the flavours of Christmas but you aren’t feeding the
masses! We also have free range chickens and cockerels from Castlemead Farm as well as
free range ducks and geese from Gressingham.
