Meet in front of CPA to load buses.
Buses depart James Logan for Fresno State. We will stop for
emergency restrooms only. If the buses have to stop, only
those using a restroom will get off the bus. There will not be
time for food purchases.
Arrive at Fresno State and unload equipment
Rehearsal Begins at Fresno State
Rehearsal ends. Load trucks and buses
Buses depart Fresno State for show site.
Arrive at Buchanan High School and eat lunch provided by the
band boosters.
Change into uniform.
Percussion and Color Guard walk to warm-up
Winds walk to warm-up
Meet at the Gate
JLHS Performance Time for WBA Prelims.
Following our performance, we will load the equipment truck,
change out of uniform, and have dinner provided by the band
boosters. Seniors will eat first – Senior recognitions.
WBA Preliminary Awards. All seniors go to awards (in full
uniform).
Load buses and get ready to depart.
Depart Buchanan High School and head to hotel
Arrive at hotel and check in
Chaperones will check that all students are in assigned
rooms.

Sunday, November 23, 2014:

by the placement of Saturday’s competition)
8:00 AM
Students wake up on their own and eat breakfast provided by
the hotel.
8:45 AM
Chaperones check rooms and collect keys.
9:15 AM
Load buses and get ready to depart the hotel.
9:30 AM
Depart hotel
9:40 AM
Arrive at CSU Fresno and unload equipment.
10:00 AM Final rehearsal begins
12:30 PM Rehearsal ends. We will eat lunch provided by the Band
Boosters and load the equipment trucks.
3:00 PM
Depart CSU Fresno rehearsal field and head to Fresno State
Stadium for WBA Finals Competition.
(@3:15 PM) Arrive at Championships Show Site
(@7:00 PM) James Logan WBA Championships Finals Performance
7:45 PM
WBA Finals Awards. Everyone attends awards in full uniform.
After awards, we will load the equipment truck and all buses
and prepare to depart Fresno. The band boosters will provide
a dinner to eat on the bus.
9:30 PM
Depart CSU Fresno and head for Union City. We will stop for
drivers/emergency restrooms in Los Banos.
12:30 AM Arrive at JLHS, unload equipment, and go home.
