Winter weather hit the Sandhills region this
past week with very cold temperatures and
snow over the weekend. This week will bring a
welcomed increase in the temperature.
Demand continues to be good for all classes
of feeder cattle. The feeder cattle market was
steady to higher this past week. The cash
price for fed cattle reached a record high at
$172/cwt last week. Below are prices paid
