FEE: The cost of each space is $135. No more than two spaces may be requested by each crafter.

LIABILITY: The undersigned agrees to release the sponsor from any loss of damage and all liability for the
duration of the show, set-up and knock-down period.

Your check or checks for $135, (post-dated June 1, 2014), made payable to: Thompson Middle School PFA.
(Please note: No checks are deposited until the crafter selection process has been completed).

You will be notified after June 1, 2014, as to whether or not you have been selected to participate in Granny’s Attic. If, for whatever
reason, you determine before this time that you would be unable to participate in the show, we would appreciate it if you would notify
us as soon as possible. No refunds will be given after September 1, 2014. Granny’s Attic crafters may display hand-crafted items
only. No vendor supplies, manufactured goods, or flea market items are accepted. We reserve the right to exclude any merchandise
we feel is unsuitable. (We will not accept any special requests regarding space numbers, parking, etc.) There is no guarantee
