Fitness members are given first priority for Power Cycling classes;

Power Cycling Class Guidelines
• Participantsshouldarrive5to10minutesearlytoallowforbikesetup.
• Thefollowingaccessoriesarerecommended:towel,water,andfirmsoled
runningorcyclingshoes.Bikeshortsorgelseatcoversareoptional.

Body Blast
This head to toe muscle conditioning class develops strength and
muscular endurance for your core and periphery using a variety of
resistance equipment and your own body weight.
Boot Camp
A full body workout for men and women of any fitness level! Classes
may include strength training, circuit training, agility, obstacle courses,
core stability, power drills, running or walking, and more!
C3 Cardio Core Conditioning
Elevated heart rates and burning muscles. Enjoy the ride as your body
composition is scientifically manipulated to produce that long, lean and
carved appearance.
Gentle Pilates
Relax and relieve everyday stress with traditional pilates mat exercises
and breathing techniques. The safe pilates poses and movements are
modified to suit the needs of the older adults and help to enhance their
flexibility, strength, balance and muscle tone.
Gentle Yoga
Destress with gentle yoga, designed to integrate breath, movement
and mediation to strengthen the body, improve flexibility and posture
and release built-up tension.
Muscle Conditioning for Seniors
A full body muscle conditioning class designed to increase bone density
and muscle tone in older adults. Through resistance exercises using
weights, rubber bands or force, participants strengthen muscle fibres,
which weaken with age, and improve their balance and flexibility.
Pilates
Improve the way your body looks and feels with this low-impact
workout. Learn proper breathing techniques and correct body
alignment in a relaxing atmosphere. When practiced regularly, pilates
reduces stress and encourages strong abdominals, a supple spine and
pain free shoulders, hips and back.
