All applications must be received at CPSP Head office, Karachi, its Regional Offices on or before
the dates mentioned above. Delays in postal deliveries shall not be considered a valid reason for
the late receipt of application.
For further correspondence, please note to mention your name, subject and Examination centre
from where you are appearing in the examination.

EXAMINATION FEE
Examination fee, as mentioned is to be deposited
along with the application form on enclosed challan form in:
United Bank Ltd., CPSP Booth, Karachi
Designated branches of UBLin the country
or bank draft/pay order payable in the name of CPSP.
Postal orders, money orders or Personal Cheques are not

REFUND OF FEE
Fee shall not be refunded nor carried over to the next examination under any circumstances, after the closing
of last date for Withdrawal of applications. 75% of the fee (excluding late fee) may be returned under the following
circumstances.
1: Application for Withdrawal is received within the specified date of Withdrawal.
2: Rejection of application on account of ineligibility.
3: While applying for REFUND candidate should write his / her NAME, CENTRE, SUBJECT and BANK RECEIPT
NUMBER.
Completion of Training
Training must be completed one month before the date of Examination and all workshops must be attended
15 Days before the date of Examination.

Candidates who qualify in Theory examination can appear in three out of four consecutive TOACS
examinations (including missed chances) without appearing in theory examination again.
A candidate who does not appear in the immediate following TOACS examination after passing theory
examination will lose one chance. Only two of three consecutive chances will be available to such candidates.

ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
Examination forms are available on CPSP website: www.cpsp.edu.pk. Candidates are required to
fill online applications. They are also required to print copy of filled application and deposit
at CPSP offices along with fee and supporting documents.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SEPARATE APPLICATION FORMS ARE TO BE USED BY FRESH APPLICANTS & REPEATERS.

VENUE OF EXAMINATION
THEORY: The theory examinations are held simultaneously in thirteen different cities of Pakistan. The candidates have an option to
choose one of these venues for appearing in the theory examination according to their convenience. The choice of the city should
be clearly written in the appropriate box in the application form. The CPSP reserves the right to delete a particular centre, or shift
the candidates from one Centre to another on account of logistic reasons.
TOACS: The College will hold TOACS examination ONLY in one or more cities of PAKISTAN depending upon the number of
candidates eligible to take this examination and logistic facilities available in that city irrespective of the venue at which a candidate
appeared in theory examination. Exact Venue of TOACS examination will be communicated after the assessment of theory examination
papers.
