The City of St. Albert is accepting proposal submissions
from individuals/firms interested in providing concession
operation services on a leased space basis in Fountain
Park Recreation Centre.
The intent of the process is to award a five year
Agreement to an individual/firm to provide the complete
concession management and operations services
including, but not limited to:
i) administration of concession
iv) inventory management
v) provision of some equipment
vi) cleaning of leased space areas
vii) provision of all required licenses and permits
This opportunity will be available to only those
individuals/firms that are able to adequately
demonstrate previous ownership or management
of a similar type of operation.
Individuals or firms that are interested in submitting
a proposal for the provision of the above services are
invited to contact the City for the complete tender
document. The documentation will be available
as of 8:00 a.m., Thursday, November 20, 2014.
An onsite tour will be held at Fountain Park Recreation
Centre at 9:00 a.m., on Tuesday, December 2, 2014.
Completed proposals shall be submitted prior
to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 16, 2014.
