Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to above subject as per reference no.2 the training workshop for online question paper delivery was organized on 3/11/2014 in the University and you all were actively participated. In the workshop all doubts were cleared & you all get aware with the technology. Also as per reference no. 3, the ICT committee visited your college for checking availability of infrastructure at your exam centre. I am thankful for your cooperation to the ICT committee during their visit at your center. For creation of login Id & passwords, you have to submit online information on the link http://suexam.euni.in/suforms/. Verify this information properly and send the scan copy of this form to email id [email protected] . You all are aware that the examinations will be commencing from 25/11/2014 for Engg. MCA, MBA, B. Pharm, M. Pharm & B.Arch. To get live experience of this system, University has decided to conduct mock drill on 21/11/2014 at 12.00 noon. The presence of Principal and IT Co‐ordinator and other related staff for photocopy of Question paper is necessary at your centre. After downloading the question paper the exam centre have to photocopy the some number of question papers to get familiar with the photocopier mechanism also send the one scan copy of sample question paper on email id [email protected] .
Hence make available necessary arrangement and inform to all concern regarding this & your cooperation in conduction of mock drill & successful implementation of this scheme is necessary.
