Both races will begin at Sachse High School in
the front parking lot.
Warn Up begins at 7:30 a.m.
Follow route signs for your registered event!
ChronoTrackTiming
The Sachse Turkey Trot will be timed using the
Chronotrack disposable tag timing system. To
be included in the results and eligible for an
award, you must wear the timing tag. Your time
begins when you cross the start mat and ends
when you cross the finish mat.

SCHEDULE
Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, 2014
Race day registrants and packet pickup is from
7:00 a.m. until just before start of the walk/fun run.
Event will be held rain or shine.
AWARDS & RESULTS
Trophies will be awarded to the 1st place male and
female, and medals will be awarded to 2nd and 3rd
place male and female in each age group for 5k.
Overall best time rewarded for 3 mile.
T-SHIRTS
T-shirts will be provided to all participants
registered by 11/09/14. Race day registrants will
receive shirts as long as they are available, and
only in sizes available at that time. Shirts will not
be mailed nor saved if you do not pick up your
packet.
PACKET PICKUP
Race Packets will be available for pickup in front of
Sachse High School:
Sunday, 11/23/2014 - 2:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Monday, 11/24/2014 - 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

ENTRANT’S RELEASE: Entry invalid if not signed. In
consideration of the acceptance of this registration entry, I, the
undersigned, assume full and complete responsibility for any injury
or accident, which may occur during my participation in the event,
or while I am on the premises of this event. I hereby release and
hold harmless the sponsors, promoter, contributors and all other
persons and entities associated with this event and heir agents or
employees from any and all injury or damage whether such injury
or damage be caused by the negligence, the gross negligence or
misrepresentation of the sponsors, promoters, contributors, or any
other person or entity associated directly or indirectly with the
event or their agents or employees. I will not enter or participate
unless medically able and properly trained. I also know that,
although police protection will be provided, there may be traffic on
the course route. I assume the risk associated with this event,
including high heat and/or humidity and the conditions of the
roads, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Fees are
non-refundable. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and
all of the foregoing to use any photographs, videotapes, motion
picture, recordings, or any other record of the event. I have read
the foregoing and certify my agreement or my parent’s or guardian’s
if under 18 years of age.
