A. Do not order Course Notes, Question and Answer Bank or Series X Assignments if you have ordered the Combined Materials Pack for the same
subject.
B. Core Reading is available from ActEd to student members of the profession who have previously purchased a CMP in the same subject.
C. Reduced price Combined Materials Pack or Course Notes are only applicable to retakers who have already purchased the full-price in the same
subject from ActEd.
D. CMP Upgrades in many subjects are available free of charge from ourwebsitewww.acted.com.au
E. Mock Exam A is based on last year’s Mock Exam A and the AMP is based on Mock Exam B and Y Assignments for the 2011 exams
F. Unless you tell us otherwise, we will send your course files to your office address. The boxes are too large to go through a domestic letter-box.

INVOICING AND PAYMENT: Courses must be paid for in full before materials are dispatched unless your employer has an account with us.
REFUNDS: Refunds on study materials are only available if the pack is returned with the original shrink-wrap intact within 28 days of purchase. In
these circumstances, we will issue a credit note to the full price value of the material returned less a fee (15% of full price of the returned goods,
