T.P.M.S. TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM
TPMS stands for Tire Pressure
Monitoring System. It is a feature
on many newer vehicles that
monitors tire pressure and warns
the driver with a light on the
dash if one or more of the tire’s
pressure falls 25% below the original equipment
manufacturer’s placard tire pressure.

WHEEL CARE
Keeping your wheels clean is a
vital part of the life of the wheel.
As time goes on, your wheels
tend to pick up road debris, get
rock chips or can start to fade.
You can slow this process down by cleaning your Custom Wheels
properly and consistently. Not only will it keep the wheels’
appearance looking good, it will keep your vehicle looking better.
: : CHROME PLATED
Chrome Plated Alloy Wheels need to be washed with mild
soap and water. To maintain the finish, use Mothers Chrome
Polish or Showtime Instant Detailer.
: : POLISHED
When you start your vehicle, look at the dash for the
TPMS warning lamp. If you see the warning lamp light
momentarily, your vehicle is equipped with TPMS.
Polished Alloy Wheels should be washed with Mothers All
Wheel Cleaner on a regular basis and polished with Mothers
Polish several times a year.
Les Schwab carries a wide variety of TPMS sensors,
service kits, and hardware to keep your TPMS functioning with your custom wheels. Be sure to ask your Les

mild soap and water followed up with an occasional coat of
Mothers Cleaner Wax or Showtime Instant Detailer.
