Delivery charges (dc or p&p) are priced in two ways, either sent with the Post Office which is stated
next to the item price, or by weight.
Our courier service is next day delivery and we can send up to 20 kilos. Price break down is shown

Hazardous Goods
We are now able to send out hazardous goods with TNT.
The standard charge per consignment is £30.00 for powder or £18.00 for primers and primed cases.
Goods of different hazard classes cannot be sent in the same package.
We can send items with a max of 20 kg Net Explosive Quantity (e.g. 20 kilos of powder).
For further information please call 01482 631066 as we can offer discounted rates when buying
in larger volume.
This is a non guaranteed service, but we can provide you with tracking and consignment numbers on
request. The parcel must be signed for, but if there is no one there at the time of delivery TNT will
leave a card to reorganise.

MEC 600Jr.Mk.5
MEC 600Jr. Mark 5
This is the most popular shotshell reloading machine in the world. Simple and quick
to use, it is capable of reloading 5 to 6 boxes an hour by a novice or experienced
reloader. It includes many popular features found on the more expensive machines,
like the self aligning spindex crimp starter head. Cases from 2½" to 3½" magnum can
be loaded, but will depend upon the gauge used. Machines are available in gauges
from .410 to 10 gauge, and they can be converted to any gauge from .410 to 10ga.
An auto-primer feeder can also be fitted as an optional extra, but not on .410.
MEC 600Jr. Mark 5 3 1/2” steel shot converted.
MEC of America have made exclusively for Clay & Game Reloaders their 600Jr/Mk5
in 3½” in 10 or 12ga with a Steel Shot Bar for 1½oz and 3 powder bushings. This
saves having to buy and fit a 3½” shot conversion kit & Steel shot bar, to a standard
600/Mk5. A 9165 MEC/CGR Euro conversion kit is also available to load 2¾” & 3” in
12ga and 2-7/8” in 10ga cases without having to change the reloader settings

MEC Sizemaster/Steelmaster
MEC Sizemaster is the supreme MEC single stage reloading machines. It's attribute
is the highly accurate "Power Ring" collet resizer, which returns every case back to
the factory specification. It also has the MEC automatic primer feed system (Not in
.410) fitted as standard so there is no need to handle individual primers. The machine
comes adjustable for 3’’ cartridges.
MEC Steelmaster is the steel version of the Sizemaster. The machine is specifically
designed to load steel cartridges, but works equally well with other non toxic shot as
well as lead. The Steelmaster is available in 3 ½’’ and can then be set up to load 2
¾’’ and 3’’ with the use of a MEC Short Kit, making this machine not only high quality,
but also extremely versatile. Die sets are available in .410 to 10ga.

MEC 9000 - High speed, high volume reloading at its best.
9000GN features an Automatic spring-ram actuated rotating indexing system (AutoDex), finished shell ejection, Power Ring collet resizing, three stage crimping, and
the new lever actuated 200 capacity auto-primer feed tray. The three stage crimp
system gives the best looking finished crimp there is, being almost indistinguishable
from a new crimp. It also features an automatic bar lock device, so that a single
cartridge can be reloaded without causing any spillage.
9000E is the Auto- Electric version of the 9000GN, all that is needed is a push of a
button with no handle to pull down.
They are NOT convertible, and no die sets are made.

MEC 600 Slugger
For 2013 MEC have developed the 600 Slugger which allows the user to load
slugs with a roll turn finish. The machine is self-inclusive so no need for a vice,
drill press, hand drill, or spinners. The MEC 600 Slugger is based on the number
one selling shotgun cartridge reloader in the world the MEC 600 Jr Mark V.
The MEC 600 Slugger folds the plastic into the shell to look like a roll crimp when
the shell is finished with the use of MEC’s special dies. This single stage loader
provides a quick and simple way to reload slugs for practical shotgun or hunting
with the ease of pulling a handle. The 600 Slugger can load between 100 to 125
rounds per hour depending on your recipe.

MEC 8567N Grabber
The 8567N Grabber has everything you need for high-speed, efficient operation and
unbeatable precision.
The ten different operations at six stations speedily produce a finished shell with every
stroke of the handle. It has a fully automatic primer feed, as well as auto-cycle charging,
and our exclusive three-stage crimp.
The "Power Ring" resizer gives consistent, accurately sized shells for optimum gun
performance, without interrupting the reloading sequence. The operator simply puts in
the wads and shell casings and removes a loaded shell with each pull of the handle.

MEC Short Kits are to enable you to reload 12 & 20ga 2½” cases on the 2¾” length setting #8849 or,
2¾” & 3” on a 12ga 3½” reloader only #9165. Adapter plates are the only way to reload the shorter PT
cases with only minor alterations to the crimp settings. Made to fit MEC 600Jr, Sizemaster MS82 or 77

MEC Bottle Support
MEC Bottle Support is designed for use with both Single Stage and Progressive

Like the CGR 8ga environment friendly biodegradable card cup, the 10ga version is
designed on the same principal. To protect a gun barrel from any abrasion caused by hard
types of modern none-toxic shot. Being a shot carrier only it needs a gas sealing system

raked walls and double "0" self adjusting compression unit helps reduce felt recoil to a minimum. V-0

The Gualandi Micro H17 holding 19 grams of lead shot in a 76 mm PT case. Two

Powders & Primers
Propellants for shot cartridge reloading are in three categories of vivacity. Degressive (fast burning),
Neutral(medium burning), and Progressive (slow burning). They are classified by their make-up as single base,
double base, and modified. Fast burn powders are for light loads up to 28 grams, medium 30 to 36g, and slow up to
50g. Slow powders are also common in all forms of non-toxic shot loads.
New powders such as Alliant 381 are available blended and balanced for use with non-toxic types of shot,
particularly steel shot. These are modified to give low breech pressures and high velocities. Some concern
exists because they don’t burn clean. The reason for this is due to the chemical make up within the powder.
However, the results obtained are astounding and beyond the ability of other types of powder. So forget the
residual burn element and buy a cleaning rod. A clean barrel has never killed anything yet, but an efficient shot
load has.
Never use a fast burning powder with a heavy load, or substitute different shot types in your load. Remember
that resistance contained within a cartridge created by a fast burning propellant behind a heavy shot load, a
tight wad fit and crimp, will make a propellant convert its heat to gas more efficiently. This will cause a high
breech pressure and slow velocity, so never guess at what the burn speed of a powder is, always seek advise.
Below is a general guide to the uses of the powders
listed above. It is not sacrosanct but should be
considered as important before use. Most of the
powders can be used in other gauges, but must be
used to a proofed formula. Be aware that some
advice given by ignorance can be very dangerous.

Primers
A shotgun primer should match the type of propellant being used. Primers are basically in three
categories, Mild, Medium, or Hot. Generally, mild primers suit double base powders having a high level
of nitroglycerine, medium with most single base neutral powders, and hot are ideal for
progressive powders. This however is a rule of thumb, because as new modified powders become
available, they are more susceptible to pressure change caused by the flash temperature of the primer.

For those of you that have problems with primers falling out of your cases, the solution is here. A number of
Spanish manufactured cases such as Eley or Dianna use a slightly larger primer than normal. The G-1000 is
suitable for these cases and can be used with CSB5 & PSB2.

Shot
NON-TOXIC & Lead
CGR Power Shot
POWER SHOT is exclusive to Clay&Game Reloaders. It is slightly heavier than Hevi-shot® or ITM® and
is about 12.9% heavier then 3% Sb Lead shot. So it gives devastating long range killing power. There are
three shot sizes 3.0mm, 3.5mm & 4.0mm all giving a very high impact levels for their size. Tungsten
based Power Shot works a lot better than Lead, but isn’t cheap, nevertheless its still cheaper than ITM or
Hevi-shot. It is also capable of killing ranges beyond those of most shooter ability to consistently shoot.
Bismuth Shot
Bismuth has very similar characteristics to lead. With ITM becoming more difficult to get hold of,
Bismuth is one of the only alternatives to lead for those with older guns. It has the same penetration
at distance as well as the soft, malleable characteristics as lead.
Steel Shot
We manufacture our own steel shot to the highest standard currently on the market, supplying cartridge
manufacturers around the world. Steel shot is available in a huge range of different sizes, as well as
some sizes coated with either copper or zinc. All the shot is lubricated for ease of loading, and the larger
shot sizes have our own anti-rusting system, giving protection to the shot when out wildfowling.
ITX Shot
Manufactured to a target density of 10.0 grams/cc. Original-10 is hard enough to maintain superior patterning and penetration, yet softer than any barrel steel. Original-10 is ideal for any shooter concerned with
shooting non-toxic through their barrels, including double-gun shooters and small-bore shooters. We would
always recommend using protective wadding due to the shots tungsten element.
Nice Shot
Nice shot is made up from tungsten, tin and iron. The result is a shot that is almost as heavy as lead has a
very similar malleability. It is made to be used as a direct lead replacement. It has a density of 10g/cc so is
slightly lighter than lead but has the same high energy level. Although there is a lot of information about this
shot being safe to shoot through any barrel, our own testing has shown slight marking on the chokes when
used with non protective fibre wadding. We strongly recommend shot to be loaded with either protective
plastic wadding or a fibre shot cup.

The Deluxe 8 bore case sizing kit is engineered to a highly accurate
standard and quality. It allows the use of once fired kiln cases by removing
the kink in the brass head. The kit comes in three pieces; double ended
sizing die, anvil tube and mushroom head knockout punch with primer

BPI Trim Doctor tool is two tools in one:
A case length trimmer that produces exacting cuts and ideal short cases,
and a case disassembly tool. A threaded adjustment gauge in the Trim
Doctor holds shells in alignment to produce a clean and crimpable edge. The
Trim Doctor is designed to remove 1/4" at a time (about the same as full fold
crimp). Two full cuts on a 10 gauge shell produce a 2-7/8" shell. It
comes with one gauge adaptor bushing.

NEW 800 PLUS
The new 800 Plus is equipped with the star gear, index pad, main index gear that gives the
‘click’ when the machine is indexed. The machine features a die-removal cylinder that
allows quick and easy shell removal at virtually any station. The EZ-Fill access hopper will
hold 1lb of powder and 25lbs of shot and has a brass external adjusting primer feed
assembly.
Another great feature of the 800 Plus is the quick changing tooling kits. Since the 800 Plus
does not have a centre shaft, tooling kits are installed in a tool head, allowing you to
convert to another gauge in under 5 minutes.

L/S-1000
The L/S-1000 is the only fully progressive reloader that loads lead, steel and bismuth shot
without the need for any type of conversion kit. Precise ‘Uni-Drop’ system drops any shot up
to and including BB.
The smooth, quiet index system automatically aligns each shell at every station. With each
cycle of the operating handle, the L/S-1000 automatically indexes, de-primes, final crimps and
ejects a completed shell. Primers are easily filled in the primer feed tray, then freely slide
down the track, into the primer feed assembly. There are not primer tubes to fill and you can
count the remaining primers at any time. The shell holders and primer knockout/resizing
assembly ensure that low or high brass shells are easily resized to factory specification.
The L/S-1000 now comes with the P/W Die Removal System which allows you to easily
remove cartridges from virtually any station on the reloader. This means users can quickly
check shot and powder charges, inspect cartridges or remove damaged cases.
