Windsor, state Defense of Marriage Acts and related amendments are being challenged across the nation. Meanwhile, the federal government is addressing program and benefits disparities to ensure that LGBT families are not treated unequally. From military benefits and customs regulation, to education and immigration, the panel will review these recent changes. This program will enhance the practice of lawyers in any number of areas such as immigration, employment, family law, estate planning, taxes, and regulatory benefits.
