MONMOUTH UNIVERSITY BASEBALL “Honor the Game” youth camp Ages 7-13 Sunday, January 25th, 2015 1:00pm-4:00pm Boylan Gymnasium at Monmouth University $40 for Pre-registered Campers $50 for On-Site Registrants *Registration must be mailed in one week prior to camp for pre-registered rate. *Camp will be limited to the first 50 registered participants *Open to any and all entrants only limited by number, age, and/or gender Camp Overview The youth clinic at Monmouth University is designed to teach the proper fundamentals and drills to youth players in a fun and energetic environment. Players will be taught drills that stress the proper mechanics for fielding, throwing, and hitting. The goal of this clinic is to help the player to create good habits that will benefit them throughout the year and give them a jump start on the season. Players will be instructed drills and techniques relevant to their age/playing level. Youth camps at Monmouth are all directed by the Head Coach of the Hawks, Dean Ehehalt. Water will be provided from our athletic trainers. Monmouth University Baseball is not responsible for lost or stolen items so please be sure that your equipment is labeled. There will also be MU Baseball apparel available for sale at the camp. The indoor batting cages and indoor mounds are located in Boylan Gym. All participants must enter through the main entrance of the MAC and you will be directed to the baseball area.
