Rudi and Christine Kröker
A great way to end a year!
Why? Because we are
thrilled to share with you that
this delightful young couple
have just been appointed
as associates of MT – the
Lord is leading them to a
vibrant ministry in Israel’s
southern city of Beersheba.
The chances are you will
recognise the family name as
Rudi’s father serves with MT
in Cologne.
Rudi writes: ‘Hello, my name
is Rudi and I am married to my lovely
wife Christine since October 2011. God
has given us two adorable daughters,
Hannah (2) and Lisa (4 months). For the
last seven years I have lived in Thayngen
(Switzerland) where I worked as a youth
pastor in an evangelical free church. As a
family, we are on the verge of moving back
to Gummersbach (Germany), where we
will prepare ourselves for the next exciting
chapter in our lives.
‘It was two years ago when Pastor Dov
Bikas from Beersheba asked me to pray
about going to Israel to serve the Lord
within a growing congregation. Dov is so
busy with many other vitally
important gospel projects
in Israel that he cannot
take care of the believers in
Beersheba as he would like
to. His request touched me
because since I served at the
Shelter Hostel in Eilat in 2002,
Israel and the Jewish people
remained as a passion in my
heart. After a long season
of prayer, seeking to discern
the mind of the Lord, God
has given us the peace and
confidence to follow him in
this new direction for our lives.
‘Our hope is to move
to Israel towards the
end of April 2015
… between now
and then we are
raising support
and strengthening
relationships with
our home church at
Gummersbach.
