EONCOAT 408 is a dark external pipe
coating. It is most suitable for protecting
pipes against corrosion during outdoor
storage. This product meets API specification
5CT for casing and tubing.
EONCOAT 408 adalah coating berwarna gelap
untuk melindungi permukaan dari karat.
Sangat cocok untuk melindungi pipa dari
karat pada waktu penyimpanan di luar.
Produk ini memenuhi API spesifikasi 5CT
untuk casing dan tubing.

Application
Cara Pemakaian

EONCOAT 408 is formulated to be used as
supplied.
Ensure uniform consistency to prior use.



Continued stirring is generally not
required.
Do not thin EONCOAT 408, incorrect
thinning will affect film build, dry time and
product performance.

Clean surface from oil, rust or dirt.


Apply EONCOAT 408 by brushing or
spraying. Allow about 10-15 minutes to
dry.




Do not use EONCOAT 408 for internal pipe
coating.
Condition is dictated by normal goods
normal painting practice. In confined
spaces provide adequate ventilation
during application and drying.

Close the packaging tightly if the product
is not in use.


Jangan gunakan EONCOAT 408 untuk
bagian dalam pipa.
Kondisi aplikasi harus sesuai dengan
standard pengecatan yang ada. Aplikasi
pada ruang tertutup harus ada ventilasi
yang
cukup
selama
aplikasi
dan
pengeringan.
Tutup kemasan dengan rapat jika produk
sedang tidak digunakan.
Surface Preparation
Persiapan Permukaan

Remove oil and grease, etc with suitable
detergent.
Remove salt and other contaminants by
(high pressure) fresh water cleaning.


Remove slight scale or rust by brushing
work on to the contaminated area. For
best result, sand blast to SA 2 ½.



The pipes should be in dry condition.
For repair and touch-up, use EONCOAT
408.





EONCOAT 408 can be removed with
EONSTRIP 444 or equivalent product and
solvent-borne thinner.

EONCOAT 408 is solvent base product and
care should be taken to avoid inhalation of

hindari menghirup kabut spray atau uap
serta kontak langsung terhadap kulit dan

Shelf Life
Masa Kadaluarsa
The shelf life for this product is 2 years when
it is stored in its original, sealed container at
room temperature. However, the product
should be inspected after 2 years from the
date of manufacture prior to customer use.
Masa kadaluarsa produk ini adalah 2 tahun
bila disimpan dalam wadah yang asli, disegel
pada suhu kamar. Namun, produk tersebut
harus diperiksa setelah 2 tahun dari tanggal
pembuatan sebelum digunakan pelanggan.
