OPERATING MANUAL
First, position the machine
balanced before operating it.

Refer to a qualified electrician for the
electrical connections of the machine.
Check that the safety system is ready
to operate.
Check that emergency stop is ready to
operate.
Check that the switch is on when the
machine is started.
Effect the operational adjustments of
the machine, check and then
commission the machine
As a daily maintenance, check the
grease level in roller bearings.
If possible, please use the grease type TEMP 90 L 12 V.
ATTENTION: Strictly cut off the mains power during any maintenance, repair or
blade adjustment.
Do not wire any machine other than your system to the switchboard.
Do not attempt to operate the machine while the upper cover is open.
Do not operate the machine unless the flywheel housings are fitted.
Cut or shrink long work pieces before feeding them to the machine.
Strictly comply with

The switch prevents the
machine
from
starting
while the upper cover is
open.
Strictly connect.
After
starting
shutting
the
and
machine,
strictly tighten the bolts
that unite the upper and
lower covers.
Do not commission the
machine
without
tightening.
Start-Stop
button:
Use
this button for ordinary or
emergency stop when the
machine is in operation.
The
operation
of
the
machine may be resumed
via the control panel by
reinstating
the
emergency stop button.
BLADE ADJUSTMENT
BLADE ADJUSTMENT
1. Position the rear fixed blade
properly and tighten its bolts
in place to install the unit
reliably.
2. Adjust the blades on the
rotor properly so that they
travel very closely to the
fixed blade without touching
it, and then tighten them in a
controlled manner and then
fix.
This procedure is repeated for
all blades on the rotor.
Finally, adjust the blade on the front section of the machine and tighten as illustrated
above.
Note: After this procedure is completed, check and tighten the bolts that fix all of
the blades for safety purposes.
