Fee Structure For The Session 2015-16
The fee is payable in four quarterly instalments.

* Admission fee is charged only once at the time of first admission to the school.
Hostel Security (Refundable) : ` 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) to be paid at the time of first admission.
Pocket Money/Imprest Amount : ` 16000/- (Sixteen Thousand) per annum for hostel students to be paid in four
instalments.
Note:
1. Hostel Security (Refundable) to be paid at the time of first admission.
2. Pocket Money/Imprest Amount is for day to day expenses by the hostel students such as; minor
illness, extra books and stationary, personal items, such as toiletries, hobby classes, camps and
educational tour, functions etc. Complete detail of this expenditure will be given to parents at the
end of the session. The balance pocket money will be carried forward to the amount collected for
next session. If over drawn parents need to pay the balance as and when intimated by the school.
3. Uniforms, sports gear, books and stationery will be provided by the parents.
4. Fees once paid, in the first year, is acceptance of the admission offered and will not be refunded
under any circumstances, even if the students leaves the school immediately after paying the fees.
5. The balance amount of pocket money of pass out students will be refunded by cheque along with the
refund of security in the month of June/July. The same will apply to any other student leaving the
school/hostel.
6. No bills will be sent for payment.
7. Late fee fine of ` 100/- per day will be payable after the due date. If a student does not pay the fee
within 10 days, after the due date, his/her name is struck off the rolls and he/she will be required to
pay re-admission fee of ` 3000/- along with the fee and fine (if any) including late fee fine.
8. Parents can pay more than one instalments at a time.
9. A fee concession of 10% on hostel fee will be applicable for the second and third sibling and they are
also given a concession of 20% in the tuition fee.
10. All payments are to be made in the school office by Bank Draft or account payee cheque in favour of
Principal, HIM ACADEMY PUBLIC SCHOOL, Vikas Nagar, Hamirpur, payable at, Hamirpur (HP). Online
payment can also be made in to the account as follows:
