Free arrivals. Stays start with dinner of the arrival day. Check
in/Check out: rooms and all the facilities of the Hotel are at
your disposal on the arrival day from 3 o’clock p.m. and on the
departure day within 10 o’clock a.m. Reductions: Junior Room
3rd bed; Classic and Classic Comfort 3rd/4th bed; Superior Room
from the 3rd bed with occupancy as a minimum of 2 full rates and
2 rates 2/99 years old : babies 0-1 year old 100% (travel cot is
supplied free of charge, reservation is required, within the
maximum number of occupants indicated for each room) . Meals
included according to parents’ arrangement in all periods and in
all kinds of accommodation. Children 2-11 years old 60%,
children 12-16 years old 40%, adults 20%.
Bed and Breakfast reduction: 10 Euro.
Supplements: Short stays 1 or 2 nights 10 Euro per person
per day in addition to the above table rates from 23.12 to 20.06
and from 05.09 to 20.12; other periods 12 Euro per person per
day. According with the reduction section. Full Board: Light
lunch consisting of salads, appetizer, first and second course, fruit
and dessert 18 Euro per person per day, according with the
reduction section. From 20th September 2015 Full board
arrangement is not available.

Double as single room: 20 Euro per day from 23.12 to 20.06
and from 05.09 to 20.12, 30 Euro in other periods, only possible
in Junior Room.

Euro 10 per person per day, 14.08-16.08 Euro 18. Late Check
out: Euro 50,00 per room in the periods 23.12-20.06 and 05.0920.12, Euro 100,00 per room in other periods (service to be
confirmed one day prior to your check out date, according to the
availability. Check out time within 7.00 p.m.) New Year’s Eve
Gala Dinner: 130,00 Euro per person, children 2-11 years old
80,00 Euro, babies 0-1 year old free. Drinks, selected wines and
sparkling wines are included. Further services (on request by
reservation): Garage: Underground parking place 10,00 Euro per
night, on request by reservation. Kitchenette: 10,00 Euro per
day on request by reservation. The clearing of the kitchenette is
not included. Kit Mini Bar not refundable: 20,00 Euro(4 water
bottles, 4 soft drinks and 2 fruit juices). Basket fruit in the
room at the arrival: 15,00 Euro. Rent pool towel: 3,00 Euro
each and for every change (a deposit is requested).
RATES INCLUDE: Air Conditioning or heating in the room (according to season), TV, safe; covered and heated pool
(according to season), private shuttle bus to and from Loano centre at arranged timetable, bicycles, Internet Point in the lobby
(in low season shuttle bus and pool are Direction optionally, according to the occupancy). In the period 23.05-20.09.2015 ClubCard including daily and night animation for adults and children with games, tournaments and shows; Miniclub and Junior Club
for 4/11 years old children in the equipped area “Otto Kids Club”; Tennis court and 5-player football field ( all-weather field,
during day-time only), archery (day-.time only); Pools (1 half-sized Olympic pool, 1 wave-shaped pool with waterfalls, 1 lower
deep pool for children, a 10 people capacity Jacuzzi, two sun-beds and one sun-umbrella each room are included (opening
season: June-September).
RESTAURANT: Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner (according to the chosen arrangement) water and house wine included. All
the meals in the wide restaurant of the main central building with fixed tables for our guests. According to the occupancy, you
can choose lunch à la carte. From June to August dinner with traditional local dishes and Gala Dinner.
SERVICES: Reception open round the clock, Bar, Restaurant, Pizzeria (opening season June/August, only dinner), Shuttle
Bus, Pools, Bazaar Minimarket with possibility to buy newspapers, , Internet Point in the lobby, free wi-fi connection in the
lobby, at the bar and at the pool, coin laundry. Wide and comfortable lounges and green areas, outdoor public parking place.
In some periods some of the above mentioned services are Management optionally and could not be available according to the
occupancy.

SPECIAL OFFERS: they cannot be combined to each other – limited availability
Early Booking: 5% discount for reservations of stays from 06.06.2015 and for minimum 3 nights, confirmed by deposit of
40% of the total amount, only if received within 31.03.2015.
Early Booking: 5% discount for reservations of stays from 08.08 to 22.08 and for minimum 3 nights, confirmed by deposit of
40% of the total amount, only if received within 30.04.2015.
You and your child: in Junior room 1 adult + 1 child 0/11 years old at the price of 1 full rate + 1 rate with 50% reduction, eventual
2nd child reduction 3rd bed 2-11 years old 50%, 0-1 year old 100%. Offer valid for min. 7 night stays.
Long stays: 14 days at the price of 12 days for stays from 23.12 to 20.06 and from 05.09 to 20.12.
Full Board at the price of Half Board valid from 01st January to 02nd April for min. 14 night stays.
Over 60: 10% reduction in double room for min. 7 night stay sand only in case both the guests are over 60; 5% reduction if one
of the guest is over 60.
Accommodation description Wide, bright, elegant and comfortable rooms, from 1 to 6 beds. Northern or southern
side, ground, first, second or third floor, all reachable with elevator, with terrace or balcony equipped with table and chairs. All
rooms have air conditioning system, direct dial phone, LCD TV, safe, mini-refrigerator, bathroom with shower and hair-dryer.
Some rooms also have kitchenette.
Junior Room 1/2/3 people, one room with a double bed or twin beds.
Classic Room 2/3/4 people, living room with a twin-bed sofa and bedroom with double bed, separated by a sliding door.
Classic Comfort Room is like a Classic Room with in addition: free wi-fi in the room, tea corner, kit minibar (4 water bottles, 3 soft
drinks), one underground parking place with direct access to the room by elevator, bathrobe and slippers.
Superior Room 3/4/5/6 people, consisting of 2 bedrooms and a living room with a twin-bed sofa. Some Superior rooms can also have
two bathrooms.
GENERAL CONDITION:
Advance payment: in order to confirm the reservation, a 40% deposit of the total amount of the stay is required. It can be
sent as follows:

- Credit card by a specific form to fill in, sign and send back per mail or fax.
Reservation will be definitely confirmed upon receipt of the undersigned confirmation form for acceptance, together with
the copy of the requested advance payment.
Free cancellation For cancellation up to 7 days prior to the arrival date, the whole advance payment will be given back. In
case of cancellation, to have the refund it is necessary to send a notice by fax to +39 019 671765 or by mail to
[email protected]. In case of further notice after the final date or in case of “no-show”, the entire advance payment will
be kept as penalty.
Settlement: The settlement of the stay is required at the arrival. Cash (up to the amount of 999 Euro according the new
Italian law) and credit cards are accepted. No refund in case of delay arrivals or advance departures according to the
confirmation of the reservation and in case of unused meals.
Deposit: 30,00 Euro for the air conditioning remote control. If you use the underground garage, 30,00 Euro deposit is required
for the electronic key. Deposit for bicycles and pool towels. The above mentioned deposits are accepted cash or credit card and
will be refunded at the departure, delivering the receipt.
Important to know: Inside the Resort cash money is not accepted. A practical and easy payment system called “Loano2Card”
is used. This card can be charged at the Reception desk. For safety and organization reasons we ask our guests to wear the
Loano2Village identification bracelet during the whole stay. By payment: doctor (outside the Resort), Excursions, Pool towels,
Bazaar minimarket.
Pets not allowed.
All the above mentioned rates are inclusive of 10% VAT, any tourist tax or VAT increase, which are introduced after the
confirmation of your stay, are not included.
