Cru/Agapé Paris, France January 2015 THE ONKENS 79, bd Soult 75012 Paris, France Christmas Conference We’ll be in southern France with around 1000 French students Dec. 29- Jan. 1 for a conference. Please pray for health for our kids and that the students at the conference would see the impact they can have for Christ. Leadership Training Over the last few years Agapé has been doing a great job training and equipping their staff to be more effective in ministry. I will have a team leader training conference for 6 days in January that the kids and Heidi will join me for. Pray we are sharpened. Exam Time It’s that time of year when students are crammed into libraries and basically disappear except for a few minutes to grab a sandwich for lunch. Please pray our Christian students wouldn’t find their worth in grades but find it in Christ. I think it also showed him that Christ is actually working in the lives of people around him. This is not always an easy thing for French students to believe because they often don’t know a single other Christian at their schools. At that point, we just started brainstorming things he could do and he came up with some great ideas. My favorite was his idea for the Secret Santa gift exchange that his class was going to do. He still had to decide what the gift would be but he wanted to include Luke 2:10-11 as a part of the gift. “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.” Good job Jeremy!
