MR. EMAAD KHAN.
Dr. Shoaib primarily looks after the recruitment for
the Healthcare sector and Mr. Emaad Khan is
responsible for recruitment for the Hospitality,
Construction, Oil and Gas and Infrastructure
Sectors.
Both have exhaustive experience of interviewing and testing candidates from
India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
To initiate any requirement, we need the following
documents:
- Power of Attorney
- Demand Letter
- Agency Agreement
- Employment Agreement
- Guarantee Paper Visa copy/NOC
Upon receiving the documents in the name of our
partner in the respected country, we take 7-12
working days to identify the correct candidates
and organize them and share their CV’s with the
client. Upon selection, we will need another 10
working days from selection to finalize all legal
paperwork in their country and fly for their new job.
AWBS takes serious steps in the selection of
suitable manpower and verification of their records
before sending them to our clients. This includes
police clearance, medical clearance and a
certificate of good conduct if required by the client.
SERVICE AGREEMENT
To avoid any legal claims/dispute, we stress upon
the employer and the candidates to sign a Foreign
Service agreement. This agreement is usually in
line with laws if any, operating in the country of
origin as well as employment. In addition, this
document can include any special condition(s) that
may be prescribed by the employer within the legal
framework of the country of origin or employment.
