Attendance fulfills the clinic requirements as outlined in Chapter 10 of the USEF rule book.
Discount registration deadline is December 20, 2014 and is subject to cancellation if sufficient
interest is not established by that date.

updates or information you might need prior to the clinic.

ATTENDANCE
• Please fax or mail your completed application form in advance of the December 20, 2014 deadline.
You may also register online at www.usef.org by signing in to your ‘USEF Login’.
• We will email or fax a confirmation of receipt of your completed application. Online registrations
receive immediate confirmation on the web page, no additional email will be sent.
• Attendance sheets must be signed at each session to receive credit for the clinic. If you arrive more
than one hour later than the scheduled starting time, or leave more than one hour earlier than the
scheduled adjournment, you will not receive credit for attending the clinic.
• Homework will be assigned to each attendee, emailed after registration, and must be completed and
returned to the office by January 9, 2015.

VENUE INFORMATION
This clinic is being held at Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (WEF Showgrounds) and adjacent
areas – 14440 Pierson Rd. Wellington, FL 33414. The Wellington Club is located straight through the
entrance between the International and Grand Hunter rings.
HOTEL INFORMATION
This clinic is being held entirely at the WEF showgrounds, therefore USEF has not reserved a room block at
any hotel. A good choice for a nearby hotel is the Hampton Inn & Suites - 2155 Wellington Green Dr. Village

From I-95 to Showgrounds – from I-95 take exit #49, travel west on Forest Hill Blvd 11 miles, left on South
Shore, right at the light on Pierson Rd, entrance is first left Equestrian Club Rd.
From FL Turnpike to Showgrounds – from FL Turnpike take Exit #93 Lake Worth Rd, go west 5 miles, turn
right at the blinker light on South Shore Blvd, go 1 mile and turn left at the light on Pierson Rd, entrance is
first left Equestrian Club Rd
