24 days Casual Leave would also be allowed to the contractual employee during the
calander year.

The contractual employee may leave the contract by giving one months notice or depositing
one month remuneration.
The Rogi Kalyan samities shall also have right to dispense with services by giving one months
notice or paying one month remuneration.
In case the contractual employee remained absent from the duties, the remuneration for the
said period shall be deducted.
The female contractual employee shall be entitled for maternity benefits as per the provision
of maternity benefits Act 1961.
(k) The contractual employee will be eligible for the allotment of departmental accommodation
where available on the payment of prescribed license fee.
(I) TA/DA for official work would be admissible to the contractual appointee at the applicable to
the post at the minimum of the pay structure.
(m) The contractual employee shall be liable to be terminated by the Chairman of the RKSwithout
giving any notice, if the contractual employee prima facie guilty of any in subordination,
moral turpitude or other misconduct or of any breach of non performance of his/her duties.
(n) That the contractual employee shall have to submit bond amounting to Rs.4000/-(Rs .Four
thousand) only duly attested by the competent authority at the time of joining to the
