Singapore’s golden jubilee, The Fullerton Heritage presents Flavours of The Fullerton
Heritage, a unique dining extravaganza of epicurean delicacies at special prices within the
Fullerton Heritage precinct. Bringing together the gourmet offerings from six properties that are
part of The Fullerton Heritage, namely, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, The Fullerton Bay
Hotel Singapore, The Clifford Pier and tenants from One Fullerton, Customs House and
The Fullerton Pavilion, the 13 participating outlets form a luxurious food trail of sumptuous
delights that guests can savour while taking in the juxtaposition of Singapore’s heritage
landmarks and the modern city skyline.
With dining establishments located along or overlooking the scenic Singapore River and one of
Singapore’s most sought-after Marina Bay waterfront, diners are in for a treat with special set
menus at S$35* per person for lunches and S$58* per person for dinners, from 10 to 18
January 2015. Enjoy the luscious buffet spread at Town Restaurant, authentic Italian cuisine at
The Lighthouse Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, exquisite Chinese dishes at Jade Restaurant,

delightful afternoon tea bites at The Courtyard or refreshing sundowners at Post Bar, all within
the iconic Fullerton Hotel. At The Fullerton Bay Hotel, savour delectable French fanfare at
Clifford, an elegant meal-with-a-view at The Landing Point or indulge in Singaporean delicacies
at The Clifford Pier. Guests can also choose to dine on succulent Japanese delights at San Sui
Sumiyaki & Bar, opt for sumptuous American diner fare at OverEasy or feast on a hearty meal
at The Pelican Seafood Bar & Grill at One Fullerton. Procacci at Customs House offers
