COACH AND WAGON COMPONENTS TO CONSIGNEES

SAIL RITES Bengat Wagon lndustry Private Limited (SRBWIPL) is a Joint Venture
Rehabilitation
Company of SAIL & RITES with the primary objective of wagon manufacture,
components
of old wagon and manufacture of coach, wagon, electrical, S&T etc. fabricated
of lndian Railways.
SRBWIpL shall be manufacturing coach, wagon, electrical, S&T etc. fabricated components
of lndian Railways in2O1S-16 and as such would like to create a list of approved vendors
for transportation of the manufactured items from SRBWIPL Factory, Kulti to various
consignees.
Reputed transport agencies / firms who have all lndia network along with valid National
permit may submit their offer valid till 31.03.2016 in the prescribed proforma enclosed. Duly
be
filled in proforma to be submitted in sealed envelope containing the budgetary offer may
dropped in our Tender Box at SRBWIPL Administrative Office, 56, C.R.Avenue, Kolkata
700012 between 10/00 hrs to 17tOO hrs (Mon to Friday) till 06.02'2015'

I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
Terms and conditions
i) Material loading free time of 3 to 5 hrs shall be given by transporter at loading location.
ii) Material unloading shall be done at Consignee end only during 11l00 hrs to 17100 hrs.
iii) SRBWIPL shall not bear any cost of damage to vehicle / driver incase of enroute
accident in loaded / empty condition of lorry. Cost of damage to "loaded item" shall be
borne by Transporter incase any accident is caused due to drunken state of driver.
iv) Material shall be unloaded by Transporter at premise of "Consignee" for which payment
shall be made to Transporter on actual basis, separately.
v) Challan containing receipt of material by Consignee in "good condition and loaded
quantity" shall be submitted by Transporter along with bill while claiming payment.
vi) Payment shall be released by SRBWIPL in cheque within 15 working days of receipt of
bill.
