1. Print out and complete this ballot. You may vote for all or only some of the candidates.
2. The top five vote-getters will serve a two-year term. The next six vote-getters will serve a one-year term. This
affects Officers as well as Directors-At-Large. Future elections will be for two years and no more than six
positions will be open at any time. This is why we must count ballots.
3. Choose one of the following methods of voting:
a. Election day Ballots: This ballot MUST be handed in as you check into the Sunday Breakfast on February 1.
This will guarantee that no one votes twice. Filling this out in advance will speed up the check-ins. No
votes will be accepted at any other time nor after the check-in process is closed.
b. Absentee Ballots: To be counted, this ballot MUST be received by the VR Box Office (9275 Lake Royal
Rd) no later than Friday, January 30. It MUST be in an envelope which is marked, “Men’s Club Election”
and also displays the member’s name. If we don’t know who you are, we can’t accept your vote.
4. Ballots will be counted by the Nominations Committee plus 3 randomly chosen members.
5. The new Board of Directors will take office at the Sunday Breakfast on March 1.
