Serves 4
Prep time 10 minutes
Cook time 75 minutes
Ingredients
• 1 Fresh Haggis
• 600g Swede
• 600g Maris Piper Potatoes
• 100g Butter
• 100ml Milk
• Salt and Black Pepper
Preparation method
Cook the haggis as per instructions
on the pack. Meanwhile, peel the
swede and the potatoes. Cube
them and cook in separate pans
in salted boiling water for about
15 minutes. Drain them well, divide
the butter and milk between
them, season with a little pepper
and mash them both. Keep them
warm until the haggis is cooked.
Serve alongside the haggis.
