On behalf of the Estonian Ski Association we have pleasure of inviting you to participate in
the fourth stage of the FIS Cross-Country Scandinavian Cup in Jõulumäe, Estonia on February
24-25, 2015.
Joulumae Recreational Sports Centre welcomes you for the sixth time for now, this year on
new homologated courses.

Joulumae Recreational Sports Centre is situated 150 km south from Tallinn and 150 km north
from Riga (Latvia). The distance from Madona (Latvia) is 237 km. Google maps: 58.223455,

Jõulumäe is a beautiful place surrounded by a stunning landscape. You can explore the local
nature and enjoy beautiful pine forests. You will find skiing, running, cycling and rollerblading
tracks, orienteering and hiking trails, athletics halls, ball game courts and much more. In
addition to sports events for professionals and amateurs, the centre is also a good place for
winter and summer meetings, accommodation, catering etc.

Price ceremony
Price ceremony will take place at the
stadium 15 minutes after last competitor
has finished the race. Places 1-3 will be
awarded a ceremony.
Deadlines for Entrys
Preliminary entrys
Preliminary entry with number of athletes
and officials (NB! arrival and departure
date, Wax cabins needs, Wax trucks info) –
latest February 6th 2015 [email protected].
Final entrys
Official entry with names and FIS codes
have to send latest February 17th 2015
[email protected].
Foreign competitors must apply through
their national ski association by using the
FIS Entry Form and sending it by e-mail.
Registration afterwards can be accepted
until the start lists are produced. After that
registration can only be done if competitors
unregister themselves and the changes are
confirmed by the jury.
Entry fee
Entry fee 20 EUR per start must be paid in
cash to Race Office latest February 23,
2015 (before TCM).
Team Captains Meeting
Team Captains Meetings will take place
Monday, February 23rd at 18:00 and
Tuesday, February 24th at 18.00 at the
Jõulumäe hotel main building.
Additional TCM-s will take place after
Qualifications on ski stadium.
Waxing facilities
Waxing facilities are situated in Jõulumäe
ski stadium. For every participating country
(National Association) we provide one 14m²
waxing room with electricity (heated,
ventilated and lockable waxing cabins) for
free of charge. Additional cabins are for
charge - 350 EUR for race period (MonWed). NB! Please mark your waxing cabins
need on preliminary entry or book by email: [email protected] latest February 6th
2015.
Teams arriving with Waxing Trucks have to
inform the OC before February 6th 2015
with exact measurements of the truck and
details of the needs. A parking place with
electricity costs 100 EUR, without electricity
costs 50 EUR for race period.

Accommodation
Rules
Limited terms for hosting teams are
available in Race centre (Jõulumäe hotel),
additional opportunities nearby maximum 24
km from Race centre.
According to the FIS rules and Rules for
the FIS Cross-Country Continental Cup
2014-2015.
All competitors must have a FIS-code.
Doping control may be carried out due to
FIS rules.
All prize money payment will be done by
bank transfer. Income tax of European and
non-European citizen is 10%.
Accommodation facilities and prices in
Jõulumäe hotel per person per night with
full board and VAT:
A: 65 EUR (twin or triple room with
comforts, regular beds, in main building);
B: 55 EUR (twin room without comforts,
regular beds, in main building);
C: 45 EUR (twin or triple room without
comforts, bunk beds, in main building);
D: 45 EUR (twin room without comforts,
regular beds, in stadium building).
Transport
Transport
between
accommodation
in
Jõulumäe hotel and Race Centre is not
needed.
The organizing committee can help you
with finding additional transportation for the
team which need it (for example from
Airport to Jõulumäe).
Please contact by e-mail [email protected].
There are facilities for shower, changing
and sauna at the main building of
Jõulumäe hotel.
Inquiries for accommodation must be sent
to [email protected] as soon as possible
with the total number of team members
(competitors,
coaches,
accompanying
persons and service personnel) with their
sex and dates of arrival and departure.
Other
Competitors, officials and spectators visit
the races at their own risk. We deprive
ourselves all obligations of compensation
for damages that may arise under or in
connection with the races.
If you lose your bib there will be a penalty
fee of 75 Euro each.
Bibs will be handed out in the Jõulumäe
hotel main building on the morning of each
race.

Shower/changing
There are facilities for shower, changing and
sauna at the main building of Jõulumäe
hotel.
