Senior Project Manager (Code SPM
Professional graduate engineer, preferably with specialization in civil engineering or an architect,
with minimum overall experience of 15 years, with at least 8 years of experience in managing
large construction projects. Excellent planning, project management and contract management
skills. PMP Qualification is an advantage.
Project Managers (Code PM)
BS in Civil Engineering or Architecture with minimum 5 years’ experience in managing major
construction projects. Excellent planning & project management skills.
Architect (Code ARCH)
Bachelor degree in Architecture with minimum 5 years in design & design management of large

Resident Engineer (Cod e RE)
BS in Civil Engineering or Architecture with minimum 8 years as RE. Experience in the design, site
supervision & construction management of large projects.
Contract Manager (Code CM)
Bachelor’s Degree in QS, Engineering or Construction Law with minimum 10 years’ experience in
managing all aspects of contract management, sound knowledge of conditions of contract,
dispute resolution & claim management.
Senior Quantity Surveyor (Code SQS)
Bachelor’s Degree in QS or Civil Engineering with 8 years’ experience in costing, cost control,
take-off, estimation, tendering, site measurement, contract management, administration of
variations & claims of which at least 3 years of experience in the Arabian Gulf region. RICS
qualification would be considered an advantage.
Accountant (ACCT)
BBachelor’s Degree in Accounting and relevant of experience of 5 years preferably in the
construction or real estate sectors in the operation of all aspects of accounting and financial
reporting activities. Good computer skills including in spreadsheets.
Marketing / Sales Officer (SO)
University degree / Diploma with minimum 5 years’ experience. Accomplished marketing
professional in the real estate sector with relevant qualifications, excellent contacts & exposure
to various aspects of marketing of real estate projects and products. Motivated & networked
professional with a demonstrated track-record of selling properties – land parcels, constructed
housing / commercial units. A pleasing personality & persuasive selling skills are essential
attributes.
Executive Secretary (Code SEC)
Diploma with minimum 3 years’ experience (out of which at least 2 years in the capacity of
Secretary to senior management). Dynamic female candidate with secretarial / administrative
experience, excellent computer, document management & communication skills required.
