Dear Sir,
RE: COPYRIGHTS MATTER
The respondent is Dr Geoffrey Tan Chern-Yee. He is a doctor of Institute Mental Health
Clinic B, with MCR No.19001B. The respondent is my doctor for months before that I am a football
being kicked around in I.M.H. after Dr Ang Ah Ling has retired. I was given 200 MG/ML of
zuclopenthixol DECANOATE injection every three weeks. 1 BENZHEXOL 2MG TAB in the morning
and HALOPERIDOL 5MG TAB 2 in the morning and 3 at night. The respondent did not deal with the
copyright in the law case; but he deal with psychiatric case. That is illegal that the medical treatment has
over ruled the law. In the name of law, respondent has infringed the Constitutions of human rights and
single name system to impose my articles with my name “Yu Thay Hsiang” and “Yu Thay Hsiang John
Rainbow” with the respondent’s name on them.
My name is Yu Thay Hsiang John Rainbow with NRIC No. S0098745Z, address is 14 Amber Gardens
#14-04 Singapore (439960); where “Yu Thay Hsiang” is part of my name (after 27th November 2011 I
changed my name to “Yu Thay Hsiang John Rainbow”). It contradicts to the Constitutions that two
persons sharing the same name (“Yu Thay Hsiang”) or extension of (“Yu Thay Hsiang”); when the
respondent tried to claim the articles of (“Yu Thay Hsiang”) or extension of (“Yu Thay Hsiang”) were his.
Please note that Constitutions are above all copyright law and Personal Data Protection Act. Furthermore
the first article is not respondents’ creation; it is a false premium on copyright law’s claim. However, I
the claimant wrote my own name, intellectual law suggested the articles were mine.
My articles have a common format. First is the title. Then follow by my English and Chinese names.
Then follow by the declaration of copyright logo. Then my front view and back view of my Identity card
photos. Later it is the date of published this article. Then follow by the abstract of this article. Next is the
introduction of the article with the index I) and the last of article with conclusion of the article with the
index probably III). The indexes are Roman numbers eg. I) then English Alphabets eg. A) Then small
letter Roman character eg.i) Then Arabatic numbers eg. 1). Then small letter English Alphabet eg. a) If
there is some more, the index can repeat itself again. With these format, I claim the articles with “Yu
Thay Hsiang” name on them to be mine.
