THE CALL CENTRE GOES GREEN Perspective of the Client Planet-X, one of our clients is a leading BPO and Outbound Call Centre. They have 2 branches already operational in Kolkata. They want to open a third one in the city. They call for a meeting with us to discuss the requirement. It is going to be a 50-user outbound call centre with latest technology and cost optimization at the same time. What they exactly want is reduce the per-user cost to make investment worthwhile.
