Women Athletes Business Network Mentoring Program Sandra Taylor – Mentor Sandra Taylor IWF Washington, DC President and CEO Sustainable Business International LLC Mentor to: Anita Maxwell Sandra Taylor is president and CEO of Sustainable Business International LLC, a consulting business that assists companies with environmental and corporate social responsibility (CSR) practice, providing innovative approaches to supply chain sustainability and strategic philanthropy. Previously Taylor was senior vice president of Corporate Responsibility (CR) at Starbucks Corporation where she led the strategic direction of all global CR programs, including: ethical and sustainable standards for procurement of coffee, tea and cocoa; reduction of the company’s environmental footprint worldwide; publication of CR annual report. Prior to Starbucks Taylor was vice president of global public affairs for Eastman Kodak Company. She has held senior leadership positions at top-tier organizations, including vice president of public affairs for ICI Americas Inc. (subsidiary of Imperial Chemical Industries of UK); she was Legislative Assistant for international trade policy in the US Senate; and a US Foreign Service Officer. She speaks French. Taylor has been a corporate director with public companies -- Capella Education Company of Minnesota and D.E. Master Blenders 1753 NV, of the Netherlands. Education: BA, French, Colorado Women’s College; JD Boston University School of Law; MBA, Wine Management, Bordeaux School of Management in France. She is writing a book on sustainability in global wine production.
