* Tier 1 premises without relevant P&FM storage can go for the 2 days WSQ Respond to Fire Emergency in Buildings course. This 2 days course will be replaced by a 3 days course when the new course is available.
# Diesel is excluded from the P&FMs quantity for the purpose of CERT tier classification. For premises with no other P&FM storage and are not HRIs, premises with underground diesel storage tanks will be in tier 3 and premises with aboveground diesel storage tanks will be in tier 2.
